Good value for the money we paid, but this was not much. Thus, the rooms are small and a bit stinky. There are numerous cats jumping around in the rooms ;)

Not exactly as advertised, but a good value. Owner does not speak much English, credit/debit cards are NOT accepted (contrary to the description), and it is a bit of a rough neighborhood so be advised if you are arriving or leaving late at night/early morning.
