staff are very nice and helpful even if they are busy.
very friendly staff, great breakfast, the single room was rather expensive. Despite being close to the central station the hostel is not that easy to find especially at night time.
Nice hostel really close to main train station. Clean with nice staff
Fast Experience but perfect, employees answear to all my question quickly and always smile. Wifi service was good and easy to use, prices for rooms and breakfast really low ;) I recommed it!
Very comfortable stay. Staff were helpful, room was tidy and the location was convenient for us being close to the main train station (an easy walk even with a backpack).
It's a easy 10-min walk from the train station. Staff was welcoming and helpfull. Our room was tiny, but clean. Bathroom ensuite and the showers at the end of the hallway. It was fine and we got value for money.
I thought the hostel was too big and not very relaxing. It is just a big business trying to fit as many people in the hostel as possible. That is probably the reason it was quitte cheap. I'll be back in berlin in a few weeks, but i'm staying in a hopefully more relaxing and cozy hostel.
It's near the HBF which is good but It was in a little suburb without anything to do. Would've targeted booked one near the happening places of Berlin. Staff were rude and laughed at us when we had questions about what to do in Berlin. Room was extremely average and bathroom was a little gross. The best part was the main building lobby that had cheap drinks and snacks with real good wifi.
This hostel had spacious rooms and nice common areas to relax. It was close to the train station, which is how you get around the city anyways, so that was convenient. It was strange they had some sort of youth hostel on the main level and there were teenagers everywhere. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would probably stay here again.
Not your traditional "hostel", but a nice, clean, quiet place to stay.
The reviews for this hostel had us slightly worried, but we really enjoyed our stay here. The lobby was very nice and had a good variety of drinks/ snacks for us to choose from. We bought beer from the hostel the first night and brought our own back the next two nights, which the staff had no problems with it. It is very close to the main train station and cheap. Only downsides, the showers took a long time to get warm and there weren't that many outlets in the room.
