Great location, included breakfast is a good one. Wifi _only_ available in the lobby unfortunately. Stairs are hardcore. Staff love to put the music on and dance, which is hilarious.

Very nice, poly-lingual stuff, always helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, coffee is perfect. The only thing missing was an elevator.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms were decently sized and well heated and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. However, the free wifi was too slow to be considered, the cleaning personnell did not lock the door after cleaning and the shower/toilett facilities were shaby. Shower never got really hot and you had to press the bottom every few seconds, otherwise it would stop. Apart from these 3 things, we would recommend the hostel.

Very cool place to stay. Located in a great neighborhood with access to the metro right around the corner. It is a great place to have some wine and meet other travelers. The atmosphere is fun and outgoing. It is also a great price for what you receive. The showers were a little unclean with some mold. Overall great, I would recommend this.

Hostel was a little bit disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for. The rooms are tiny. In a 4-bed room, fully occupied there was no room on the floor to even put a suitcase! Just enough space for two bunk beds. Bathrooms are also very small and to get a cont. water flow you'd have to push a button every 10 secs! Plus there was no hot water left one night I was there. No room to eat if you are cooking in, tiny kitchen! No cups, etc. Breakfast ok. Don't expect, but ok for just sleeping.

So overall I was pleased with hostel. The shower is terrible and most uncomfortable which I avoided until really needed one!! The staff were a great help. One guy was pretty average. It was a bday and there were a group of us enjoying her bday. And although it was quite late we weren't being loud. It was 2am and he told us to pack our stuff up andmove it to our rooms and to clean the mess up. We were quite offended by this. If it weren't for the ppl staying here I wouldn't recommend it at all!!!

Staff were really great and friendly always ready to answer any questions I had. Easy to find from the metro, food and shops close by, rooms cleaned daily, huge common room to meet other travelers.

One of the terriblest place i've ever stayed! There was NO hot water. it was as cold as ice. and two showers for so many people is not worth the price we had to pay. also it was so loud, even at 4.30 am there were people screaming in the hall. i think there were many very young non-considerate people. so if you like to stay in paris for some relaxed days, don't go to le montclair. another critic: not very clean. the breakfast was good. i would definitely NOT recommend this shabby place!

Great hostel for the price. Close to Metro easy enough to get around. Hostel WIFI is terrible though.

I've been at Montclair just for 2 nights and it was a good experience, however, I think instructions about how to get there are not so clear, it's very easy just 1 block far from the train station but better take a look at google first. Also, shower experience for me was terrible! Cold water until you find out how shower works... Finally, I have to say that cleaness was excellent and staff excellent as well, good service, good breakfast and great installations. I recommend.
