It had a very weird layout, there were 2 buildings and a very small kitchen and common area. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. It is in a great location if you are okay with taking the metro to al of the main places (out of the main city). It was fairly clean.
It was the cheapest hostel around, and it was really close to the train station!! traveling to the Effiel Tower- the hostel made it really easy. Had to put on our own sheets, which I've never had to do at a hostel, also breakfast was really good with cereal, a crossiant, and milk/oj/tea. The staff was friendly but seemed more interested in the music playing than anything. Should have more staff behind the desk, it gets really crowded. No lockers though and had to go downstaris for one...
Very nice hostel, great location. My only complaint would be the showers weren't very good other than that great place to stay while in Paris.
some staffs are kind and nice, especially the guy serving at the breakfast. but other staffs aren't too nice, they look so tired and stressed. the rooms I stayed were clean and nice, I liked the breakfast very much. well about the price, compared to other cities in europe, I felt a bit expensive..
Had a private for one night, the bathrooms are very cramped, some you cannot turn around, but the shared shower, at least on 5th floor is private and spacious enough. My room was on 6th, had a window that opened to the street and a view of the chapel in the distance. The feel of it was very nice. For my purposes it was a good night's stay, the location provides many options for food and right next to a Metro station.
Unfortunately, there is no elevator. Thankfully, we were able to get a room on the 1st floor. The bathrooms did not smell very clean for most of our stay - it seems that in Europe, the floors in bathrooms are not being disinfected on a regular basis. In the middle of the night, the noise in our room from the lobby was at times unbearable. There is water damage on the ceilings; mold is likely growing. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable and the staff for breakfast was very friendly.
The hostel looks like it's ready to fall apart - very old building, waiting in line way too long before being checked in - at least 1 hour and far too many people hanging out downstairs and blocking the way. Shower was awful - had to constantly press the button to get the water going and could barely regulate hot and cold water so got scalded quite badly. Not coming back here!
I never leave negative feedback but this time I will. I think this was the worst hostel I ever was. Dump in the toilet and rooms, rooms look like jail cells, 4 floor no lift. They say they have Wi-Fi but no one could connect with it, so you need to pay for internet, where only 1 out of 4 computers was working. Toilet was just discussing and no lights in one. bathroom one in every two floors. the only good things is that is easy to find, close to metro and that you can cook over there.
We had a double room with shared bath. Pro: good location, nice breakfast, kitchen, sink+shower in our room, although "shared bath" Con: free wifi only in lobby, you have to pay for using PCs, no sink in the bathroom on our floor, our room was a little dirty
No locker. My room was at the 6th floor - no elevator but only narrow, spiral stair. A small kitchen, very poor wifi. Good location for tour of Montmartre.
Quite good but the shower and wifi can be improve
The hostel is in a stellar location- just across the street from the metro and a ten minute walk to Sacre Coeur. There is free breakfast included, but it's not very good. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again and the people who were working at the front desk were extremely friendly.
cheap but far from the center, near metro station but if you have time its a long walk, not very nice area, buts generally okay..
This is a nice big Hostel in a good location. I was here only for a night, and it was fine.
Staff are pretty helpful, good recommendations, the computers are fast but you have to pay, the wifi is a joke, only in lobby and very poor service. Try to get a lower floor b/c the stairs all the way up aren't fun. Location is decent, right next to metro station, not really walking distance to anything except Sacre Cour and Montmarte.

Really weird constructed showers;) No atmosphere at all.
Great place. Staff is great and helpful, always up for help. Rooms are clean, maybe just the lockers are too small but that is not really a con for a price I paid. Def a great place to stay in Paris. Metro is just 30m away and there is supermarket with great wines in there just 50m away!
Could use a shelf and Iamp in each bunk. No covered bike storage. Good breakfast - American style Coffee!
The wifi doesn't work, toilets and showers too small.
Incredible staff, always super helpful and patient. Atmosphere was average, there were large common room areas but not a lot of interaction. But the people who stayed there were always cool/nice. Rooms were big, and had bathrooms/showers attached to them which was convenient. Location wasn't bad, right next to a metro line so u could go anywhere quickly. Also walking distance to an incredible church on a hill overlooking Paris. Overall, I would definitely stay here again
