Good location, not far from Sacre Coeur. Staff friendly. Not all amenities as described, for example guests were no longer able to use kitchen facilities as advertised. There was no hot water in the shower. We stayed in a family room which was a good size but pricey for the basic amenities.

It was nice and clean, but we weren't able to use the kitchen (which we didn't know before). Also a staff member just walked into our (privat) room 30min after we checked in. The communication between the staff member generally interesting since it took the reception over 5min to figure out if our room is ready.
