Close to tube station, staff are very kind and helpful. maid service was good, room was clean. Safe area, lots of ethnic restaurants and pubs. We will stay here again.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy; cancellations are accepted by email or fax only. In cases of late cancellation or a no-show, one night's charge will apply.
All major credit card payments are subject to 3% surcharge and will be pre-authorised 10 days before arrival.
There is no smoking throughout the hotel, including all rooms.
In our effort to improve and upgrade our facilities to satisfy all our guest we will undergo refurbishment work in some parts of the hotel from January 2012 - April 2012. We will do our best to ensure guests will not be affected by work. However, some of the rooms and guests may be affected with noise. If you have any doubts, please contact our reception desk.
