A bit tricky to find but nice design good food and friendly staff

location is quite near to everywhere within walking distance. nice and friendly staff. very clean facilities but the light on the ceiling is a lil bit dim. Overall is value for money and recommended.

Great staff. Useful clear town map and info sheet. Good restaurant. Two terraces but no indoor space for meeting people in winter except the restaurant. I booked the budget twin but it was very small and dark in the basement so I upgraded. The double was very small and right opposite the kindergarten windows so I kept the curtains closed during the day. The light was horribly dim.

Wifi barely usable, there was no hot water for the first night there. Toilet flush did not work. There were also not enough room slippers for us. We requested 2 nights in a row for the fourth pair of slippers as there were four of us in the room. Place was also badly lit which made it hard to walk around at night. It also doubles as a restaurant which made it hard to walk around each time we went back and each time we wanted to go out. Under-staffed as staff works in restaurant too.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the place was clean and quiet, and I liked the location near the lake. It was easy enough to get to from the train station and the aiport bus. I also liked that they gave free drawn maps with restaurant recommendations and directions to transporation.

Great location, excellent cafe and food, love the free water bottle refill. Room was nice if a little dark and cold. Staff was courteous and professional , but not overly helpful or warm.

Staff was amazing! Really nice neighborhood.

Place was average. The reception was handing of a key, go find the facilities in next building yourself. Door regularly kept open. No information provided on facilities. Charged more than what receipt from HW said. Location is great.

Great location but taxi driver found it hard to locate . Beer expensive and so was the food generally. Very good staff.. helpful .

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at and a real gem of a find in China! Awesome restaurant servings a variety of western breakfast, lunch and dinner options with great coffee. Spacious rooms and a shower and toilet on every floor. The showers are huge and supplied with complementary shampoo, conditioner and soap. Incredibly friendly and helpful English speaking staff and a real nice ambiance to the hostel. Would definitely stay again.
