Our first experience was excellent. Staff was very kind, the room was a great price considering its location and cleanliness. Our second visit (only two weeks later) the room rate jumped up 200 THB. The third time, the staff was incredibly sour, even to our Thai friends, who were really surprised at their rudeness and the room rate went up even more. Considering the price hike and recent bad experience, I think we'll stay elsewhere next time.

Nice rooms - good value for money.

The hostel was everything that the reviews mentioned. Room was clean, staff very helpful (Booking transfer to Phi Phi Island). Location is good as a transit point but not very scenic! There is also a new disco that has opened up two buildings away so if you have a window room it could get quite loud. We had a room without a window so it wasn't too bad.

you need to change the linen, they are very old. some staff are OK, but some other very stiff and not friendly.

I stayed here for 6 hours after a late flight and before catching a boat to an island so I can't really judge this place objectively. It was huge and new looking. The night reception guy seemed a bit abrupt but I was shattered so fair enough. Location seemed good and facilities seemed fine.

It's very nice place , more like hotel, so it's a little difficult to meet other traveler.staff are nice.

good location, only one minute walk to the bus station,and cheap price too Koh Phi Phi.
