The Snug Airportel

Important Check-in Notes:
- Individual Bookings: The guest's name and surname on their passport must exactly match the name in the reservation system.
- Group Bookings: The person who made the reservation must be present and check in personally as part of the group.

Please note: The bathroom is shared and located outside the dormitory room. It is not inside the room

Notes : The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if the information does not match. This policy is in place to prevent identity fraud and to ensure compliance with Immigration Department Regulations.

We are consists of two distinct wings located on opposite sides of the property, each with its own swimming pool and unique design concept:
• The Snug Airportel; Tropical Wing – lush, relaxed tropical style.
• The Sierra Airportel; Tuscany Wing – warm Mediterranean/Tuscan style.
** Please select your preferred wing when booking, as rooms and facilities are separate.**

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
1) Check-in from 02:00 PM- 01.00 AM for The Snug Airportel & 03:00 PM- 01.00 AM for The Sierra Airportel.
**In case of late arrival after 01.00 AM, please inform us in advance directly via email or phone**
2) Every reservation must be paid by a payment link. If there is no payment received by 18:00 or if you do not and never contact us by 15:00 and your contact number is not valid that we cannot reach you, we will consider that you do not intend to stay at our hotel. We reserve the right to deny your reservation fairly.
3) Check out Before 11:00
4) Reception working hours: 08:00AM. - 01:00AM.
5) Payment on Arrival: Cash and credit card
**Credit card payment will have 3% Payment fee.**
6) Cancellation or amendment must be made 7 days in advance prior to arrival.
7) Breakfast is NOT included.
10) We can help you reserve a tour, taxi transfer, and boat ticket, please let us know in advance.

Please be AWERE before booking:
- The shared dormitory area has CCTV for assistance and security purposes.
- Lockers: There are no lockers for backpacks or luggage, only laptop-sized lockers. We recommend bringing your own padlock. For guests arriving only during working time 08.00 AM - 01.00AM, if you’d like to use our padlock service, there is a 200 THB deposit required. You can also purchase a padlock from our souvenir or a nearby 7-Eleven.
- Dormitory Rooms (no kids under 18 allowed).
- Bathrooms: The women's bathroom has 1 shower and 1 toilet. The men's bathroom has 1 shower and 1 toilet.
