M Montreal is a very modern hostel set in a historical building in central Montreal, just a couple minutes' walk from Berr-UQAM station. All of their rooms feature ensuite bathrooms and big-screen TVs with cable. There's also personal lights and power outlets and plenty of space to hang up clothing. It's little wonder so many Hostelworld guests have told us that they'd stay here again and would recommend this hostel to friends!

The staff were nice, although they were a little short staffed on Sunday. Despite that, the attendant was very courteous and helped me with my issues in a timely manner. The location was amazing as right as I exited the hostel I was at a festival. Everything was clean, towels were provided and kitchen was good (although it lacked some implements, making cooking a little difficult. It would be nice to have more stuff). There was live music at the bar and people danced. So it was a fun place too.
