There are some bad reviews on this website so we were slightly apprehensive however nothing we saw deserved the harsh comments. We are 6 18 year olds who wanted to be near the centre with cheap accommodation and maggies was perfect. The decoration wasn't amazing but it was clean and they let us check in 6 hours early and were nice and helpful. The door was hard to find as the sign was small but if you have the address it shouldn't be a problem. Great hostel for a few nights for not much money.

staff was not friendly and demanded cash payment of >500 euros on the spot Stairs very steep and dangerous to climb in the dark or late at night Bathroom had no window and room had random door that could not be opened from our side, only from the other side. Very creepy. No in-house internet, staff told us to steal neighboring art 'otel Internet instead Unexpected hidden cost of 5.5% city tax and 35EUR cleaning costs Definitely not worth the 545 euro price tag. Avoid!

Although the location was perfect, we felt that the conditions offered were really poor (only one towel per person, the TV didn't work, there was no curtain on the bathroom, etc) and also, we had to pay to leave our luggage in a locker in the train station as it wasn't allowed to leave it in the guesthouse. Summing up: it wasn't a bad experience, but considering what we paid we think that this guesthouse should have way better conditions.

in general, i was satisfied with everything. the hostel is very well located, clean, rooms are a bit small, but they have everything necessary, the beds are also comfortable. the only downside was the total price that we had to pay, they charged us for the room cleaning 35(!) euros even though we stayed there only for 1 night. plus 5% taxes. so we ended up paying double of what we had anticipated. however if you stay there for a longer period of time it pays off.
