The Elephant Hostel Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy for Fully Flexible Rate: 2 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-refundable: Payment has to be done upon reservation is made and it is not refundable in any circumstances.

Please note that we do not offer a pay-on-arrival option. Reservations are charged prior to arrival according to our payment policy, including reservations with free cancellation. In case of Free cancellation we will refund the amount charged.

Really great hostel! Facilities are super clean, and well tended too - to the point I saw the cleaner several times in my 1 night stay. Great neighbourhood thats very close to the city central, without being in the busiest parts. Only slight pain point was it is not a social hostel at all - Everyone kept very to themselves, and were not speaking with each other, even in the lounge. Overall amazing stay, but would just enjoy a little more engagement with other travellers.

This was the best hostel I’ve been at in my solo trip, and I’ve been to many! It’s modern, comfortable, safe. I was in a 12 person room in a female only dorm but it didn’t feel too crowded at all. I only ever see two girls max at one time. They really thought about the details— the changing area with the showers, communal hair dryer, large central mirrors, motion-sensor lights, big curtains and spacious bunk bed space (though a little scary being at the top) and a 24/7 cafe with friendly staff!
