In general, the hostel was very good. Things we didn´t like: the elevator was very old and small, the refrigerator at the attic floor was not working, the bathroom of our room was always flooded, the support of the shower was broken and we had to hold it all the time to take a douche, which was very disturbing. Also, the window was to big and the curtain did not block the light, then, very early, our room was so illuminated that was impossible to sleep after that.

I really liked that the hostel was so near to a metro station, and because of that you can move around the city very fast. The showers were really good and clean ! Maybe it was just the people who were there at the time I was there but it was not that easy to have a good conversation and meet some new people here

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and clean though the number of showers and toilets should be increased. The location is excellent which was very convenient. The walking tour really helped to understand Barcelona better

Everyone there was extremely helpful, we got excellent tips at the reception and THEY DO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, which turned out as a great bonus. The only thing we found odd was how tiny the shower cabins were, I would say around 70cm x 70 cm, if you're clumsy or tall this will be a challenge.

What this hostel has above others is a fantastic location! It's not right on Las Ramblas or anywhere else really touristy, but it's just a short walk or metro ride away from most attractions.

Overall we were very pleased. We stayed as a couple in double private room for a 4 day city break. Staying in hostel best choice we made:(i)cheap(ii) friendly (iii) close to EVERYTHING. Complimentry map on arrival with so much info-perfect for tourists. Didn't use kitchen facilities but they looked fine. Good for all ages.

First of all - great value at great price! There were 2 slight problems: 1. our food got stolen regularly - it's not their fault, but they could install a security cam or a fake one to discourage stealing. 2. The other problem was that the hostel is really loud! The walls between rooms are made of paper so you can gear people talking in the next room, not to mention yelling. The windows are old so if you get a room on the street front get ready for trash trucks and motorbikes at 4 AM.

Overall our experience was great! The location was in a nice quiet location, but was easy to walk everywhere from it. We did not find the staff helpful when we asked them questions about the city.

It's a cozy hostel with a cozy kitchen that makes it easy to meet people. The best of it all is definitely the staff. Very kind-hearted people! Oscar, Marguerita, Marina, Martin, Xavi, I wish you the best.
