This was a very nice low budget option a little ways from the touristy areas, but not too far. Renting a motorbike was very cheap. Talk to Sam, he can set up all kinds of activities for you. You get what you pay for, but the bed was clean and comfortable. Overall it was just fine for a short stay, and I met some good people.

Nice place to stay. Very clean and neat, the bed is large and comfortable. The stuff is kind, but it's not always at home, so ask what you need in advance as you may not have the chance to meet someone in time. The only thing is that it's a bit far away, but you would need a motorbike probably anyway.

Stayed in a tent the first night then upgraded because of the traffic noise from the road. It was still really cheap and the rooms good. You need to rent a motorbike to get to Ao nang or Krabi but I think you have to do it anyway. The staff was helpfull and the vibe was okay. All in all good value for money.

A 5min Tuk-tuk ride outside of Ao Nang and well worth it as the main town is overloaded with tourists. We spend all day everyday out on the water and came home to a delicious home cooked meal by the owners. Recommend.

Think twice before book a stay in this guest house. I can't complain about cleanliness and safety but people who work there don't know what they are doing.. One person is going to tell you one thing about reservation policy, the second is another, I had a bad experience dealing with those people..

The hostel is nice, the atmosphere and the staff are excellent, but it's a little difficult to go to the beaches and to the main places, because you need to get a public taxi in the road, and sometimes you have to wait a little bit.

Would be an awesome place if you want to participate in diving!! Not the best if you just want to hang out at Aonang beach. A lovely place to stay at if you need a break from the city :)
