This a great hostel right in the centre of town within walking distance of all the main sites. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and looked after and would recommend to anyone who wants a chilled atmosphere within the hub of the main backpacker area.

An absolute gem of a find. Just 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle of Khao San Road but very clean, fantastic facilities (computers, relaxation area, showers, beds) and good sense of security. We were totally impressed when we arrived.

I loved NapPark both times I stayed there. Their extended walkway/patio makes it relatively quiet since it's off the street, and their air conditioner is mighty and effective. The rooms are spotless and generously outfitted, the showers are clean, and the hostel itself is beautiful with lots of plants and balconies. The only drawback for me was actually the other hostel-goers. Obnoxious, and way too interested in pissing away their time drinking at the hostel.

Great convenient hostel. Everything was great, the only constructive criicism i have is that when the hostel books customers in or the day tours the staff should inform the customer that the tour company will NOT drop you back at the hostel at the end of the trip. They drop everyone off at the top of the main road.

A short walk from all things in the old city. Housekeeping staff are lovely - very friendly and great customer service. Close to city and restaurants nearby too.

It should be called only "Nap", because is such a boring hostel. If we havent taken over the front yard to hang out and drink beer (from the 7Eleven, not the overpriced they sell), it would have been so boring. Even when they "celebrated" the 3rd anniversary it was boring, with elevator music in the back. Staff should improve their english. It's super expensive and they dont serve even a breakfast nor give towells. You better find another one cheaper and happier

Great location and great communal area in reception. Great for meeting people and extremely clean. By far the best toilet/shower facilities we have experienced in S.E.Asia and will be going back again when we're back in Bangkok.

girls showers were disgusting. slimy and had to wear slippers in them. smelly. dorms okay but no AC between 12noon and 6pm, which is terrible if you come back after touring around or being jetlagged wanting a cool nap after you shower... so you can rally for the night... it's terribly hot without AC. got bed bugs the first night and moved my bed to a top bunk. watch out! nice staff though and great location. nice hangout areas to meet others. good drinks for sale. floating market tour cool.

For a hostel, it was like a deluxe one! It was very well-kept and modern looking and had an air of relaxation. I stayed in the all-girls dorm which was on the top floor (no elevator) and everyone was respectful of lights out and talking quietly during the evening. The bed was nice and had its own light/plug/mirror. They turn the AC off during the day but keep it nice and cool during the night. A great bargain right in the popular area of BKK!

I stayed in the female dorm on the 4th floor. I had an excellent stay here, the only thing I would like to mention is that it was a little annoying when girls would go out for the evening and leave their bed lights on - the privacy curtains do not block out the light, and it was hard to fall asleep when they did this. I didn't feel it would be right to climb up on their beds to shut it off myself - perhaps you could mention this on the information sheet you give guests when they arrive.

A nice hostel for sure but 440 baht is relatively a lot for a bed in a large mixed dorm - especially for Bangkok. If you want to get away from the tourist mass that is Khao San road I recommend staying at a hostel near the sky train. I found one equally nice as nap park for 280 baht and much more convenient for getting around.

I guess I'm too old, but a bunch of 20 year olds sitting round the tube watching Jackass is not my scene. Nor us Khao San Rd, for that matter. The place was spotless, safe, though the AC blasting through the night guaranteed my escalated cold symptoms. The staff were too young to be very knowledgable, if you're not the usual drink kid or backpacker looking for that kind of stuff. However: there was an amazing chicken & sticky rice vendor outside the alley to the hostel, which made my morning!!
