I paid for three bed deluxe room and got top bed right under the roof window. Tiny blanket and cold room made me shiver whole night.

I would appreciate if the reception counter could be open longer ie open till 2.00am on weekdays. I traveled from Wales there are times when I had to rush to make sure that I arrive in the hostel before 12pm.

the worst hostel in london!! i had bedbugs in my room, thought they would close the room for good to disinfect, they just moved me to another room and put somebody else in my old bed. £20 key deposit is ridiculous, somebody lost his key, took mine and after 15 min had new key worth £1 plus the thief had the original one -good luck with security

Fun relaxed place with big fully stocked kitchen and not as crowded As other places I have been to. Its In zone 3, but very easy to get to the Train or bus and straight. Into the city centre. Lovely people, friendly staff, no elevator buT really couldn't be better value.

Too far from the centre (zone 3 = a more expensive trip in every time) and more importantly, not clean. There were RATS IN OUR ROOM. And the sheets didn't seem clean. The staff were'nt very knowledgable about things to do in London and not a great atmosphere either. All in all, not a very enjoyable stay at all.

Very friend staff! Always ready to help you no matter what. The prices are really good but the Hostel lacks a bit of quality specially because from all the travellers living "permanently" there. My room was fine, and warm. The guests were noisy during the night so it was really hard to sleep.

The staff is always ready to help you with everything, The toilets are very clean ( cleaned 4 times in a day). The shower is hot. If you have a padlock, you can use a closet to put your things. It's possible to enter in the hostel any time you want. The internet is very fast, and always free. In the region of the hostel you can find many cheap markets and restaurants. It is very near to go walking to the station of Jubilee Line (line to go to Big Ben)

Booked and paid for a Double bed room. Which was clearly listed separately from other private rooms, with twin or bunk beds. Received a room with bunk beds and a bullshit explanation.

The room outside the kitchen and smoking area which was worse than hell! I even found a suspicious underwear hanging on the radiator! The cleanliness of the entire hostel was possibly in the worst condition I've ever seen around Europe. The staff really need to work on their attitudes, especially the manager.

bedbugs in every room, mice in the kitchen and also in the rooms, people stealing food, dirty walls and wobbly beds, the cheapest ikea bedsheets that cannot be properly washed (max 40 degrees, disguasting), not enough toilets and showers (very often with cold water only). staff really friendly and helpful and housekeepers trying their best, but this place needs to be refreshed and money needs to be invest. many dodgy people, lack of backpacker hostel atmosphere
