we came late at night around 11pm and were told that we didn't book a room and they were full. we booked 1 day bevore through hostelworld so we knew he's wrong. then we saw finaly our booking on his desk as a print out so he was just lying! then they sent us to an other hostel,which was in the red light district. we had read the reviews and saw this had happend before but thought it won't happen a second time. they were not friendly at all .

The Hostel did not honor our booking and we had to find somewhere else to stay. We spent 20 minutes haggling to get our deposit back and several phone calls to management later we got some of the money back. The location is good but we would not go back or recommend this place!!
