Great little hostel right in town. Very chilled place. Will be back
So nice place to meet new friend, I was alone when I entered in the hostel at the first time however I am not alone anymore.

Pretty good hostel in central travellers area
Very good location, surrounded by many good restaurant, cafes, shopping mall
Central location, great welcome and lots of help from young girl on staff, free lockers available, hot water, toilet roll and toothpaste, coffee/t but no milk, bread/toast and jam for breakfast. Fans rather than ac, dorms needed swept /mopped more often and if you are ok with climbing stairs good value for money
Everything you want and need from a hostel. Free breakfast, good location, nice atmosphere. A.C. is definitely worth the extra MYR 5 in the dorms. WIFI can be a but up and down.
25+ or traveling as a couple/family, don't bother. Good location. Next to restaurants, bars, mall, and the marina. Every Sunday they have an open market on Jalan Gaya. Helpful staff. Toast and Coffee. BUT this is definitely a youth hostel. Shared bathrooms that are run down. Shower is filthy. Nothing is provided. Good luck sleeping at night. The walls are made of paper. No respect from other guests. Cars and alarms all night. Our private room looked and felt like a prison cell.
I booked for three nights, and ended up there for a week! That was mainly due to my open water diving course, but it was the perfect place to stay! The reception team were so helpful, in particular the head lady (never got her name) who was beyond amazing, helped me booked further tours and adventures all over Sabah! I ended up staying there again for one last night before heading home. Terima Kasih
Unbelievably helpful staff! They helped us out with special accomodations, after I bungled up a reservation. I had forgotten to reserve a place for a certain night, and they were willing to let us have a whole dorm room to ourselves! Fantastic! The front desk also helped us locate a missing photo CD, and they got breakfast ready for us VERY early when we needed it -- sometimes before 4 AM! Very impressed with the location, too. Close to some nice restaurants, and the jetty.
This was a great place to stay in KK. Cheap, great location and had everything that you need. We were sad that we had to move on our 2nd night because it was full- book early!
Poorly lit dorms but that means if someone else wakes up hideously early, you are not disturbed. Everything is super-clean but some bedsheets have persistent stains. Chinese restaurant next door kind of blocks the entrance with tables and chairs in the evening. Decent place to stay, though.
Staffs were really helpful and kind. They knew after the mount climbing, I was very exhausted, so even I wouldn't sleep there, just take left luggage, they allowed me to use bathroom and repack my bags.
Lovely hostel, very central. Basic facilities but perfectly adequate, a good strong hot shower too. Staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Stayed in an 8 bed dorm with A/C and fan that was next to the chill out area. Have nice balcony to chill on too! Great stay! Group of 2 Irish lads in early 20s backpacking around South East Asia.
Nice comfortable lounge area to meet other backpackers. Good location and helpful staff.
This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights. Staff always available, always helpful. Free internet and breakfast and place to hang out with books, TV, tea and coffee. Toilets and showers are accessible from balcony which I liked. Shower was great. Really good place! And so central!
Really helpful with sorting out a hire car.
