Very nice staff, good beds, little bit old-fashioned but clean. Private parking :) If we go to Edinburgh again, we will book this hotel.

Very friendly people to welcome you and they provide information about what to visit and what not to around Edinburgh. They have continental breakfast every morning. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The bathroom had luke warm water only though. Good value for money. A little far away from the city centre but frequent buses ply that take you there in 10 minutes for about 1.4 pounds.
