Located in the heart of the city just off Princes Street and Waverley train station you’ll find everything you need to be close at hand.

With the train, bus and tram station all less than 2 minutes walk away finding us is easy!

Our newly refurbished Hostel has everything you need to make your stay a comfortable, safe and fun experience.

We have a mix of private rooms and shared dormitory style rooms.
All come with comfy bed, lamp, multiple USB/power sockets, wi-fi, and large window.
All beds come with fresh linen and superior quality mattresses.
*Bear in mind we are at the very top of four storey building with stairs access only (no lift)*

Princes Street Hostel Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 10:00 .

Payment is taken two days prior to arrival. If payment cannot be taken, the booking will be cancelled.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Thoughtfulness means a lot when solo traveling & Tommy/staff absolutely excelled here in all areas. The cleanliness was pristine. Very good size kitchen, lovely friendly staff. Female dorm is a bit tight, a lot of the time lockers were blocked but suitcases as there was no where else for lodgers to put them. Otherwise a good price for the duration I stayed!

This is one of my favorite hostels! Although you do have to climb ~4 flights of stairs, the amazing location, wonderful staff, and clean rooms make up for it. I'd recommend this location to all! I did not get their names, but the receptionists who worked from 28 Sept to 1 Oct were so kind and helpful!
