Great deal for your money! Excellent location, bathroom and bedroom very clean, staff very friendly and efficient! There were only 2 bad points: You have to pay for internet and I`m quite sure there was no kitchen (even though I didn`t ask for it). Apart from that, great experience!

Nice stuff, location is more than good for that price. Highly recommended! :))
I really enjoyed my stay at pangeapeople. The staff were very helpful especially in the bar. the location was fantastic, and the food in the bar was great - very cheap and tasty! My only criticism is that you have to pay for the WIFI and then it doesn't work.
Everything was quite clean and the shared bathrooms were cleaned three times a day. Location was pretty good, being close to both a metro station (U) and a subway (S - free with our eurail pass) so getting around was easy. The staff weren't very helpful and checked about 20 people out even though he had started checking us in before they came to the counter which meant it took 30 minutes to check in. As others have mentioned, paying for wifi (per device) is ridiculous but at least it worked
Very nice hostel, the staff was polite, but not so friendly. the bar i think that is the best. is nice place if you want just relax.
Very friendly environment. The receptionists are the best. The bar on the 6th floor has good dinner and drinks. I will come back..:-)
The hostel is ok. Checking in and out takes a lot of time. The Internet access is difficult.
awesome bar/ snacks/ drink specials, terrible wifi! good stay overall though.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE HOSTEL WHICH IS WIFI WAS NOT FREE. It costed 1 Euro which was ridiculous for us. Well sometimes they gave us the wifi receipt for free but it was just for 24 hours. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Big luggage room. Cleaned beds. But the toilets were very uncleaned. Even though after cleaner's job, the toilets become dirty quickly as people throws towl in the floor without even thinking. I could see some twenties who acts like teens.
very big hostel, big rooms, very modern bathrooms, showers... good location, only negativ point: a lot of groups of students aged around 15 years. they were noisy, woke us up at 7am every morning.
Ideally located, next to Alexanderplatz, and its bus that goes straight to TXL airport. Most of the staff is friendly, the bedrooms are cleans and so are the bathrooms, more or less. Since it's a huge hostel, they might not be so clean late in the evening if your floor is crowded. There is a kind of pub/restaurant inside, which is cool, but I didn't really liked the atmosphere of it. It lacks a proper common room. That and an internet access for those who don't use wifi. Otherwise, it's fine.
Despite being centrally located, I'd imagine better hostels are available in this area. Staff varied in helpfulness. Our room had dirty floors and the bathrooms quickly became dirty. Few luxuries are free, wifi, breakfast etc all cost extra and were generally poor.
The hostel is located a few hundred meters away from Alexanderplatz so it's very easy to move around Berlin. There are free towels for showering which is pretty cool.
Restrooms are per floor and, either the guests at the hostel are really dirty, or there should be more cleaning done! The wifi works when it wants so that was terrible. And one of the ladies at the front desk was the rudest person I have encountered. Also the front desk is very inefficient and lines to check in or to ask for anything are usually long.

A nice hostel in the city center, not far from metro station. But the toilets and bathrooms are not so clean. And I cannot get wifi in my room!
Everything was amazing! Staff were extremelly friendly and helpful. The only problems we had were that there's no communal kitchen where we could cook our own food which would have been helpful for saving on cash. Also the wifi was very slow and not worth even the smallest amount of 1 euro. Other than that we had an amazing time and will most definitely be returning as soon as! The Italian bar man is sexy and generous ;)

Generally it`s a nice place to stay but a bit too crowded. It has few floors and LOADS of rooms so it`s not a place for someone who is looking for a small place with a relaxing atmosphere. On the other hand if you want to party most of the time they have People Bar at the hightest floor which is perfect to meet people and start the evening. Choose whatever you like :)
The room was really nice, but it was extremely hot and airless place during the night. Location and staff were fine. However, if you are looking for 'hostelish' atmosphere you won't find it here.... But for a night it is still a good option
Good location, walking distance from Alexanderplatz station. Most of the staff very friendly and helpfull. Good price for what you get!
