The place has no flair at all, seems to be a former office building. To get to the reception and the rooms you have to walk through an attached caffee. There is no common room, you can hang out in the "lobby". No free internet available! (100 Yen/20min) The unfriendly rooms are fully packed with bunks, the lower berth have curtains for some privacy, the upper don't. The bathroom is clean. Some staff members are extraordinarily friendly! Last check in is at 10 pm.

Location is perfect to see the memorial and the museum. The staff hardly understood english. I booked in a 10 beds dorm, as it's the only option, but I ended up in a 15 or more beds dorm. I don't mind a lot of people, but that's not what I had reserved. The place is ok for one night, but it doesn't have a lot of character...

most of the staff could not speak english, but the people in the cafe are reallly nice. It is clean, but the 10 bedroom dorm has actually 20 beds. (10 loft beds)

We had not stayed in a hostel before that gets you to make your own bed as well as stripping it, we found that unusual, especially as check in is not until 4pm. It is best to stay on the bottom bunks, as these have lights and a curtain for privacy. neither of these things are on the top bunks. We booked for a dorm room of 10, but were put in a room with 18 bunks, not too thrilled about that. There was a man who worked there who lived there too, and used our rooms' facilities.

Great location, easy to find (just use directions on hostelworld site), no problems experienced. Was quiet when I went there so may not suit those looking for a wild time, but then I was staying early in the week.

Very clean and the location is awesome but to me it felt a bit abandoned but thats probably we where only three people in a dorm designed for 20. The trams stops just outside the door and you can buy an OK breakfast in the lobby. Would definitely recommend it.

If you arrive in Hiroshima at the Central Bus Terminal the Reino Inn is quite easy to reach on foot. From the Central Station it requires to take the tram for 25 minutes but the stop is directly in front of the Hostel which is convenient. Furthermore the Hostel is very clean and I think for a Hostel of this price range also very comfortable.

The hostel was great! Exceptionally clean and tidy, there is free wireless internet in all rooms - which are all modern and well appointed with showers and toilets in the rooms themselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and with a convenience store right next door and a 7-Eleven across the street that has an international ATM, we couldn\'t have asked for better! Also the location is great, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest Starbucks and 10 minutes to the Peace Park!! I would definately stay the

Really loved the staff and location of this hostel. You are right in front of a tram stop. The trams were so easy to work especially if you have a day/2 day pass. The place did feel a little like a block of flats and a little disconnected, despite the staff being awesome to talk to there wasn't a great common area to meet others. That being said, the beds were super comfortable, the showers fab and really clean.

The one thing that I didn't like about this Hotel was that you have to walk through a cafe that is open to the general public to get to your room. Also, when you return, the staff kind of awkwardly look at you but don't say anything when I would expect them to at least say "hi". However, the room itself was quite clean and tidy. It wasn't anything special but I enjoyed having an en suite bathroom. Make sure that you bring your own soap for the bathroom as the hotel does not provide any.

My only complaint would be that the 5th floor had a little kitchenette which was not very clean. If you did cook a meal there was nowhere to sit down to eat it. Perhaps a little table and chairs could be placed near the kitchenette area. Also there was no common room. I think the common room was actually the bar/cafe area downstairs. The staff were very helpful and were happy to answer any questions of things to do and how to get there.

Very comfortable and clean. Only concern was that we booked for a ten bed dorm but were put in a ten bunk dorm, meaning 20 beds. It wasn't an issue because there were only a couple of other people staying in the room but I would have been annoyed if it was full. It is very close to the museum and Peace Park so perfect location.

The hostel has not a lot of room to hang out at, I haven\'t seen a citchen. But other then that, you can\'t complain about anithing, very close to the Peace Memorial Park. Big and clean beds and bathrooms

Nice hostel very clean but lacks the character of most hostels in Japan. Great location for Peace park and easy train ride to the floating shrine.

Stayed 3 nights in an 18 bed mixed dorm - luckily there were only a few other guests so it was quiet. Room was clean and comfortable, with showers, toilet and basins all within the room. Kitchen was tiny and lacking, but made do with kettle and microwave. Theres no real common area so you had to eat in the hallways or in the main lobby. Laundry needs a good clean. Staff were polite however and helpful maps available. Good place to stay on a budget, great location, but you get what you pay for.
