Great Hostel, the Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the stay plus told us about the local area etc. The room was great value and had everything you could thick of. The location was very good, just a short walk to anywhere you want to go in Bilbao, transport links are great in Bilbao so getting a little further away is very easy. The only negative is that we could not get the wifi to work, but this was not a huge problem.

Clean, quiet and everything ok, but the staff could have been a bit more helpful with individual problems (extra key, extra blanket).
