The host is very helpful and nice. Free pickup from main bus station is provided and city bus station is close to the guesthouse. It is easy to visit the old city by bus.

Staff were absolutely fantastic..we were picked up from the bus station free of charge and actually driven around the town in a sort of "guided tour". The room was great and we had a superb view of the port area below. We would thoroughly recommend this guesthouse to anyone staying in Dubrovnik.

Our host, Ante was very hospitable. The first hour we got to Dubrovnik, he drove us around to familiarize us with the area. He recommended several restaurants and we tried three of them. They were excellent. Ante's wife made Croatian desserts on Easter Sunday and THAT was a nice touch.

The proprıetor (Ante) ıs absolutely wonderful; he can pıck you up or take you to the aırport, and ıs always up for takıng you somewhere wıth hıs famıly (we went to a communıty faır) or just to downtown Dubrovnık. It ıs a bıt of a trek to the guesthouse from the cıty (a 15 to 20-mınute walk), but once there you are welcomed and treated lıke famıly. Lovely vıews from the two bedrooms that face the sea. You can even do laundry and hang ıt on the famıly clotheslıne!

I had a great time at S&L Guesthouse. The place was exceptionally clean and host Ante was great. Definitely a place to stay.

Great b&b with a stupendous host. Ante made our time in dubrovnik special and memorable. He went out of his way for us in many occasions. S&L is 6 stars, not 5.
