We’ve just reopened after a full renovation, bringing you a fresh, modern, and cozy hostel experience in the heart of the Granville Entertainment District.

Had a short but a good stay at Samesun! Quite a prime location in downtown, even though situated in the lively party street with bars and the clubs, it's surprisingly quite quiet inside. Well maintained facilities, found washrooms and shower areas mostly clean.

Great stay however there was a couple of let downs. One of these being that the WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms which is very inconvenient and another one being the rooms are extremely warm at nights and the portable AC doesn’t really take the temperatures down. Overall enjoyed my stay beds were comfy and the washroom facilities were great enjoyed the separate toilets and showers.

Great hostel. Very clean, good for remote work as well. However, my friend and I stayed in a private room and the AC kept quitting on us (usually not an issue but it was quite hot in van). Staff came and said it was fixed but it kept dying so just make sure you ask about this as it gets quite stuffy! I would imagine it’s the same in dorms.
