Bathrooms are quite small but we saw the employees cleaning them regularly... They also cleaned bedrooms daily. Kitchen is a little cramped but they had free toast, jam, coffee, and tea. The employees were SUPER friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to do based on what we were interested in, and gave awesome pinxos recommendations.

Loved the location, close to both beaches and in the middle of the beautiful old town. The staff were really nice and friendly and the hostel had a real home-ly feel to it. Kitchen is also well equipped!

Great friendly staff but beds were quite uncomfortable but awesome location

The staff was great, and they did work hard to keep the place clean. However, the rooms and bathrooms are very small, and the price was very high considering the facilities.

This place is amazing. Feels like you are staying in a student flat with great people and atmosphere. When you leave you arent saying goodbye to staff but to new friends! The guys keep it really clean, and you can roll over in the bunk beds with out the thing screaching its head off. Perfect location, 2min to the beach and surrounded by shops and bars. Perfect for solo travellers or small groups of people. The staff are really generous, the wifi is great, and you will never want to leave!

I had a fantastic time! The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful! Toilets were a little small but were always kept clean! IMO if you didnt like this place you're probably to prissy to be in a hostel!

Too many people for too few space. The kitchen is not a kitchen but a tiny room where the staff sleeps during the night (and the morning while you have breakfast). There are just two bathrooms (and calling them bathrooms is an insult to any real bathroom) which are 60cm x 1,5m small. They are so small that you cannot even raise the toilet seat! Moreover this two fake bathrooms should be enough for all the people of the hostel! Maybe for 5€/night it could be a good hostel..but not for 22€/n!!!

Like everyone else as said, crappy hostel, fantastic staff, fantastic location. Overpriced but so is everything in San Sebastian. Overall a good stay for a few days if you can deal without personal space. Mattresses and pillows need replacing.

Great location, walking distance from the surf beach and the swimming beach. Two streets over from border berri (amazing pintxos) welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The hostel was clean including the bathrooms but they were small and there were only 2. Free breakfast (toast) coffee, tea ect available all day.

The cost of one night was more than my other trips combined. The bathroom had leaks and was too small to other hostels in San Sebastian.

the best location amazing staff, the best city,I can recommend this place if you want to spend good time, thanks to everyone of roos

Utterly atrocious!!! Avoid like the plague. The staff spent most of their time smoking drugs than anything else. The bathrooms are ridiculous, the toilet lids are cut in half so they fit in what the call a bathroom. Over priced and un clean. The staff sleep in the kitchen and invite non guests in there. Worst hostel I have ever come across. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!'

This is a great hostel. It's very small, but this plays in its favour as it makes it so easy to meet people! The atmosphere is great, and while the street noise is definitely noticeable as you're on the first floor just above a busy tapas/shopping street, it's also great for people watching. The staff were very helpful and I felt comfortable almost immediately. It's expensive, but I guess that's just San Sebastian for you.

The good point about this hostel is the location! However, it looks like a small apartment turned into a hostel and it accomodates way too many people for the size of this place. There is absolutely no space in the rooms, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The bathrooms are like closets, and I don't want to know how frequently they are cleaned... The staff was nice but it looks like he was just one of the young people staying there, actually he was sleeping in the kitchen! It's tiny and gross

Great spot, great managers, small 3 bed unit converted into a hostel, no decent common area

The location was excellent, but the hostel was TINY! specially the toilets and they were not very clean... Staff was really nice but they didn't speak hardly any spanish...I could comunicante in english but not my friends... Price was not very cheap, but San Sebastian is an expensive city.
