Welcome to Colo Colo, a new concept of accommodation for the most adventurous, active, and respectful travellers. If you are looking to feel like a local, live the culture and share the experience with other Citytrotters, this is the place for you; your Casita.

Our Smart Hostel is located in the heart of San Sebastian. It is only 5 minutes from the beaches of La Concha and Zurriola and 3 minutes from the Old Town or El Buen Pastor Cathedral.

Colo Colo, The Smart Hostel, offers private beds to guarantee maximum privacy and comfort for our guests, we call them Casitas. Each Casita is equipped with the latest technology and sleeping equipment: tablet and headphones, 100% cotton bed linen, carefully chosen mattress and pillow, and a locker with a smart lock. These individual spaces are located in our shared sleeping area and will make you rest and recharge your batteries in the best possible way.

In the Agora common area you can connect with other travellers while sipping the best free unlimited coffee. In addition, we will provide you with the best routes and recommendations so you only have to worry about enjoying the moment.

Hostel rules

-Check-in is open from 14:00
-Check-out until 11:00
-Reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00 and security and video surveillance operates 24 hours a day
-The lights in the sleeping area are switched off at 00:00, we value silence and the good rest of our Citytrotters
-The Agora common area will be closed from 00:00 to 08:00
-Free WI-FI throughout the Smart Hostel
-It is important to keep the consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages inside the Agora and not in the casita and/or sleeping area

Colo Colo Policy and Condition:

General Cancellation Policy

We offer two types of cancellation options when booking:

- Free Cancellation:
You can cancel free of charge more than 5 days before arrival. In case of a cancellation made 5 days or less before arrival or No Show, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. *Payment will be charged 4 days before check-in. If the payment cannot be successfully processed within 48 hours, the reservation may be cancelled.

- Non-Refundable:
If you choose this rate, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show. *Payment must be successfully processed within 48 hours; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
