Everything was good except the noise level was too high. The music from the reception was too loud. Also, there was a person preparing some sort of drug in the bedroom.

This was a wonderful hostel! The staff was extremely helpful each time we had a question. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here if they go to Barcelona. There was even a 2 euro pasta night the staff put on which was great to get to know the people, and on top of that there is an amazing commons room were everyone can just hang out.

Amazing staff! No extra charge for the lockers or towels, cheap accomodation in a good site in Barcelona. The only thing I could ask for is to have free breakfast as well (there is no breakfast whatsoever, I had to eat in a great place around the corner), everything else is perfect!

Comfortable and clean room -we got a private, ensuite room for two people. Other guests very loud and inconsiderate at night, don't stay here if you want to sleep! Staff very helpful and friendly with information about local area, transport etc.

The staff are better than excellent, they really go out of their way to make sure that you have a good time in Barcelona and get to see a lot of the city. They're the friendliest and most personable hostel staff I've ever encountered. The actual hostel is comfortable and has a great atmosphere, especially the common area. A bit far from some of the bigger tourist spots, but it's not far from the waterfront and the old city.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is great, the subway is just few minutes away. The room was a little bit cold but we could turn on the heater.

This hostel was more than adequate. I was only in town briefly for a mini get away, I went at a quiete time of year for bacelona so managed to stay in a 6 bed dorm with only a couple other people there. the dorm was in a mini apartment with another dorm-room and it's own kitchen and bathroom. The wifi, although not always reliable was great as I had taken my laptop to do some work. It was a close walk to the centre of town but i hired a bike and got around barcelona that way.

I wasn't sure on the towel situation. The showers are very sensitive (but nice) A shelf for the top bunk people to put things on would be really appreciated.
