Overall positive stay. Good location and clean facilities. Have to pay deposits for everything - 10 euros for a key, 5 for a towel. When it came time to check out, return my towel and get my deposit back, they were unable to figure it out. I was told they would handle it later that day and refund my deposit. This never happened, unfortunately.

First time staying in a hostel in Barcelona and it completely changed my perspective. The staff made it feel so welcoming and social, and the people I met ended up being the best part of the whole trip. Also… Barcelona is hands down the most skatable city I’ve ever been to 🛼✨ Shout out to Alice (Italian/spanish) I loved her so much! She really made sure everyone was safe and having a good time, and also the guy that made the paella I forgot his name but loved you guys thanks for all!!

Hostelworld says

Sant Jordi Sagrada Familia is "the perfect place for young travellers looking to party", according to Hostelworld guests, as well as those who want a quiet night in. This very clean, modern hostel has been highly praised by our reviewers for their friendly staff, who organise nightly entertainment; one guest said "we definitely would not have had as much fun if we had not stayed there". We've noticed that many of our users extend their stay at this hostel. There's a personal shelf, power outlet and light for every bed, and we particularly like that there's a supermarket across the street and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
