The lack of outlets in the dorms near the beds is a real downside to the experience of staying in your hostel. Providing an outlet per guest should be high on your priority list. Your charging service, while a viable temporary fix until outlets are installed, is a hassle for everyone.

Nice and quiet with friendly staff. It's placed right in the Red Light and has a strict no drugs/alcohol policy, which I found excellent considering how the night life in Amsterdam is.

Great location, however I was in a female dorm room and men would be coming in all the time to talk to other guests and would walk through the door to get out of the hostel. Also my sheets were changed each day which was a pain as my pjs would get left on the windowsill. Great location. Weak shower pressure. No power points in the room. Staff don't know the city well enough. Great breakfast. No social side.

It is a Christian hostel which is ironic considering there is a brothel next door, none the less, free breakfast is awesome, bed/dorms are okay. Bring your own lock for locker otherwise they sell them for around €5.

Initially was good hostel, but with yers begin to have more and more unexplicable restrictions. May be because is too close to Red light district some times security is excessive. Poor breakfast with big queu.

The staff in the hotel were great, the facilities are fantastic as you can have food/drinks in the cafe at a very reasonnable price. The breakfast is beyond expectations. The showers were never crowded despite the size of the hostel and they were regularly cleanded during the day. I think this is a fantastic hostel. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was very helpfull. The breakfast was very good for a hostel. There's a bar where can you can buy meals for a reasenable price. I'd definetely stay there again.

Great breakfast, full meal, with juice and coffee, not just some toast and out the door or something. NIce folks, good stay for sure, thanks!

The bathrooms smelled like comfort stations found in provincial parks. they stank. Breakfast was good though. But, you have to get there early or wait in line. Bring a combination lock or you'll be stuck having to pay 4 euros at the front desk for one that fits.

A great place to break a bit from the chaos which is Amsterdam. Everything is nice and clean, great garden to chill in, big lockers, adequate wifi. You'll have some noise till morning but that can't be helped; Amsterdam is a loud city. Had a great stay, thanks to the staff!

Even though the hostel is located at the red light district, it was still pretty safe. Staff only allow guest that present a slip to enter the compound. The staff are all volunteers and are friendly & approachable. The breakfast serve is good, ranging from pancakes to toast (with eggs). Its about 10 minutes walk to the train station, which is quite convenient.
