Great place . A little out of the way, but so is everywhere in fiji. Only f$10 into town and f$14 to the airport. Staff were all lovely, if not a little too relaxed.

Nice place. Stayed in the 4 bed dorm with ensuite and the girls sanctuary (2 bathrooms for 8 girls). Friendly staff. The food was alright, the cocktails were a bit disappointing. The sea and beach are not as nice as on the islands, but they have a nice swimmingpool. This place is perfect for the first and last night of your holiday of you're going to the island. Bonus is the free pick up from the airport. Good value for money.

Stayed in the smaller dorms. Everyone from all other hostels comes here for facilities. Only place to come. Only thing is location wise theres nothing around it so you'll be buying everything from the hostel

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Bula!! and a big smile from everyone.. From housekeeping to waitresses, spa, and reception!! I did think that all the little entities should help each other out more..it would be handy if there were price lists for the spa and a room service order form at reception. There were plenty of brochures on island tours, but it would be great to see them have more brochures/information about the other services on site at reception. Just a friendly idea?!

I chose this hostel, coz I know I could do my laundry there and the air con is good in the big dorm. You can see from the face of the staff that they hate their work and no one is eager to help. I wouldn't stay there for more than one night.

Airport Transfers - They only transfer you from airport to the hostel, you'll have to pay from hostel to the airport yourself. Free Internet Access - Not free at all!! I was really disappointed on this one as I really thought WiFi would be free. Air Conditioning - They turn off the AC in the morning and only turn it back on after 8pm. The AC temperature also not very cold, so I had hard time sleeping. Free City Maps - They definitely didn't have this. No kitchen, can't buy food and cook.

Smugglers cove is quite nice but it depends on what you want. You are located next to the beach, which is really nice but the sea isn't very clean. Anyway you have a pool there which is good. Food and drinks are quite expensive comparing to the local restaurants and it is not that close to the city center. Overall I had a good time there :)

I loved the atmosphere of the hostel and the people that worked there. All the staff were so friendly especially Nilaneshni from the cafe, Asif the chef and Laisa the waitress. They all went out of there way to make sure my stay in Fiji was excellent, I am very thankful to them!

Great kava nights, fire dancing! Feels like a resort for backpackers prices. Beach is not the prettiest and waqter is silty but great for paddleboarding.

I felt very safe staying at Smugglers Cove. The water at the beach isn't that clear, but it's close to Port Denarau where you can take boats to surrounding islands and get that South Pacific beach experience. The hostel was beautiful and the restaurant and seating outside was very nice. It was very clean, too. Most of the staff were friendly.

This place was exactly what I needed, a place close to the airport with not much hassle and friendly staff. I was very pleased. It seemed like everyone staying in the area had chosen Smugglers Cove; the 'hot spot' so to say. Lovely.

The rooms are great modern and clean. The pool was a bit dirty but didnt stop us.They advertised a free BBQ and film night but the film was good but no BBQ. There was not a great atmosphere if you were on your own and not very busy at night. Felt very safe and secure.the staff were not very friendly apart from the girl we booked a trip from. It lost the personal touch as it was a large chain hostel. But a pleasant stay.
