많은 고객을 상대해서 그런지 리셉션은 사무적이었고, 외출하고 돌아오니 방문이 조금 열려 있어 깜짝 놀랐다. 방에 들어가 확인해보니, 오후 늦게 타올을 갖다 두면서 문을 꼭 닫지 않고 나간 것 같았다. 다행히 잃어버린 것은 없었지만 직원들이 주의를 하여야 할 점이다. 또 한가지, 공항에서 숙소로의 교통은 제공하지만, 숙소에서 공항으로 가는 교통은 제공하지 않는다는 것을 출국하는 아침에 알고 당황하였다. 이 점은 홈페이지나 예약안내시 사전에 고객에게 명확히 해주어야 할 점이다.

Watch out! This was one of the most disorganized hostel resorts in Nadi. I had several issues during my stays, so I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your belongings and getting a receipt for every payment. My partner and I stayed in one of the Ocean Front rooms and it was exactly what we needed! Their system overbooked the ocean front rooms for one of the nights during our 10-day stay, so the hostel compped us a free breakfast for the inconvenience and prioritized us when checking into our new room! Every single one of the staff working at the hostel was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Smuggler’s Cove if you’re looking for an affordable and relaxing place to stay in Fiji!
