많은 고객을 상대해서 그런지 리셉션은 사무적이었고, 외출하고 돌아오니 방문이 조금 열려 있어 깜짝 놀랐다. 방에 들어가 확인해보니, 오후 늦게 타올을 갖다 두면서 문을 꼭 닫지 않고 나간 것 같았다. 다행히 잃어버린 것은 없었지만 직원들이 주의를 하여야 할 점이다. 또 한가지, 공항에서 숙소로의 교통은 제공하지만, 숙소에서 공항으로 가는 교통은 제공하지 않는다는 것을 출국하는 아침에 알고 당황하였다. 이 점은 홈페이지나 예약안내시 사전에 고객에게 명확히 해주어야 할 점이다.

Amazing staff, they were booked out so my sister and I had to be in bunks away from each other. When I explained that my sister has special needs and needs to be close by to me they went above and beyond to get us bunks next to each other. They also remembered us when we came back 3 days later and put us in bunks close by to each other even though they were booked out. Amazing staff, couldn’t be happier. My sisters first time in a bunk room too, and she ended up loving it! Vinaka!!!

I stayed in the 22-bed dorm. A drunk guest peed on my bed and vomited on others. The night staff handled it very poorly, leaving us to deal with the mess. Management only reacted after repeated complaints and promised a refund, but never followed through and ignored my emails. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly, and staff treated dorm guests far worse than private-room guests. Would not recommend.
