Smugglers Cove Beach Resort Reviews

Very fun time on NYE. The staff were not too helpful though.

Good facilities, helpful staff and good fire show inthe evening. A better optionthan Bamboo over the road (have stayed at both).

We were booked in a 4people dorm at smugglers cove. Due to the cyclone one building was closed, so the 4people dorm was not available. But what happend than was unbelievable. We got downgrade in the 34people dorm. We had to pay the same for that 34dorm than we would have paid for the 4 people dorm! The walls beside the dorm were dirty and so was the floor. The smell was disgusting. The staff was not very helpful at all! Didnt enjoy the stay...

This time we stayed it was busier with more people eating at the restaurant, so service was too slow for both wait staff and food coming out of the kitchen. Most wait staff are friendly, though there is one Indian waitress who says "I don't know" to every question that I ask instead of going to find out the answer. The meals are hit and miss - some very tasty and others really ordinary and overcooked, especially the prawns. Seafood chowder is delicious and location perfect!

It is OK for one night. Big dorm is realy to big and there is note enoutgh space and facilities Cleanliness is to minimum, they do not change blanket between costumer
