I don\'t like to say something like this, but upon arrival, the woman at the desk did not speak English, and indicated said we had no reservation (we did). For a hostel that supports international travelers, there was basically no ability to communicate, and made it extremely difficult to arrange things. This was resolved, for the most part, the rest of the week when the main front office woman worked. The room, though 2 ceiling lights, was dark as a cave. We could not get a window room, though the hoste

It seemed like that it had non security from the street to the kitchen/bar area. The general facilities are good, yet the room itself had small beds and nothing apart from the actual beds (furniture wise)
