The only thing that was not ok was the breakfast, my bread was hard and I had to take the edge Off the cheese as it was crusty. Something hot would not of gone a miss !

The staff were often rude and unhelpful. The room was as far from clean as it is possible to be and despite the hostel (part of it) being in a nice old building, it has been gutted and retains none of its original character.

Great place for backpackers! 10 minute walk from everything except the Red Light District, Anne Franks House, and Rembrandts house were about 20 minutes. Easy to get to from the airport, just ask the info desk when you get there, and a great environment.

I stayed for 3 nights. Originally booked an 8-dorm room, but when we got there, we got an "upgrade" to a 6-dorm room, which was really cool! The room was clean, the beds were super-comfy, the lockers provided enough space for the backpacks and staff was nice and helpful! The breakfast was AMAZING, perfect start for walking around the city all day. The location, right at Vondelpark is great, everything within walking-distance! I would definitely stay there again! Had a great time in Amsterdam!

I really enjoyed my stay at Stayokay Vondelpark! Rooms were clean. Centrally-located right by bus and trolly stops and the bustling Leisdplein neighborhood. Staff were very nice, and super helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Though we didn't spend a lot of time in our hostel, there is a bar and air hockey table downstairs for anyone interested in chilling out.

I had a fantastic time at Amsterdam. The staff acted in a friendly & professionally at all times. The price of the food and accommodation is great value for money. The location was within reach of public transport. Pubs & coffee shops are within walking distance.

Great location right next to Vondelpark and near several tourist attractions, including Heineken Experience, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Museumplein, and I Amsterdam sign. Also very close to nightlife center Leidseplein. Very helpful staff. Hostel bar was very well priced.

I have been to 8 hostels in the last 2 months and StayOkay Amsterdam was my favorite one so far. It was easy to check in, figure things out, and also was HUGE. Because of their large size, that meant things like a bar selling 2E pints and a breakfast that was much better than I usually have been seeing in hostels. The location is sort of on the outside of the city near Leidseplein, but you are right next to an awesome park that is perfect forpartaking in one of Amsterdam's favorite pasttimes...

Auberge de jeunesse sympa et bien située à coté de Vondelpark et à proximité immédiate du centre ville et du quartier animé Leidse Plein. Possibilité de louer des vélos sur place, chambre très propre. Rien à redire.

The place is really clean and the beds are comfortable. The directions are a little confusing but not too hard to figure out during the day. I only gave an average for staff and fun because i've been to other hostels where the reception guys are really involved in helping u have an awesome time and for some reason that didn't happen here. That being said it's amsterdam so if u can't find something fun to do here u really shouldn't come. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff, good location. The bar could use a little more livelihood in the evenings, but otherwise, excellent hostel. Extremely clean, and close to Leidesplein.

The hostel is well located, the Staff was helpful, just when I arrived the receptionist was a kind rude, but that didn't change my overall evaluation. Clean, organized, with a complete and delicious breakfast. I'd stay there again.
