The breakfast was simple but it was exactly what you want for a start of the day.

Super friendly staff and an unbeatable location! The bars happy hour was really great value too. Overall however, we thought for what we got (8 bed dorm), it was a little overpriced.

StayOkay is a great hostel with very friendly staff! We had some keycard issues, but I'm sure they'll fix that problem in no time. The breakfast is amazing and it's an allround great hostel in a good location. Definetly recommend this!

The staff on reception were very helpful, the breakfast menu and room were great. The best bit was the walk through Vondelpark to get to trams, buses, the canal boat and for exploring the streets. At the time of my stay it was Queens Day and it was lovely to be given giant orange sunglasses and shoelaces to wear and blend with locals! I did return for one further night later as my first stay had gone so well.

A good place to rest your bones. Don't expect too much action at the hostel but there is more than enough in the city.

Very nice hostel. It so big that it looks more like a chain hotel. Fits well the needs of a lonely traveller as well as the needs of groups and families. Delicious breakfast and very good cheap restaraunt. Nice place to chill out.

A really awesome hotel. It's cheap yet huge and very easy to find. Situated at the town centre close to restaurants and pubs, it is close to almost everything you will need in Amsterdam. They even got signs on lampposts leading you to the hostel and this really impresses me. The breakfast is also very nice with ham, cheese, bread... Staff there are knowledgable about various attractions of Amsterdam and the quickest way in getting there!

very, very, very good hostel. amazing breakfast with hot bread, different sausages, eggs, fruits, coffee (from a coffee machine!!)..perfect! exactly what i need in the morning. we lived in B building in 6 persons room. very clean, quite big and very bright. They have even own (with their logo) bed linen (!).. i lived in maybe 10 hostels in dublin, berlin, london, budapest, hong kong, amsterdam, stockholm.. and it's one of the best to be honest.

Huge hostel and well run. Almost felt more like a hotel. I think it's great if you're with a group of people but if you're a young traveller hoping to meet others, I think you'd be better off looking elsewhere.

Very nice hostel. The room is very big and I stay in a 8 beds and it had 2 bathrooms in the dorm. The sell all the tickets you need at the hostel and most of then have discount. The breakfast is the best that have in a hostel, seems like a hotel. All the hostel is very clean. The location is good too, you spend 10 min in the tram to go to the center. I only think that the staffs could be more sympathetic, but if you ask something they help you in everything they can.
