My and my husband( both 34)stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleased with what we found. We travelled from Bangkok to New York and all over the world, but never saw a 2 star hostel which is this good, it almost feels like a hotel. Nice clean toilets, rooms are tidy, clean showers and the location was perfect. We can definitely recommend this every one.

the hostel itself was already full and we got a room in another hostel with the same reservation, so its actually difficult to talk abut this one, but the location is very good as it is close to Puerta del Sol

Very good location, accommodation and cleanliness.

Ok value for money, we had to walk about 2 minutes from our roo, to go to the toilet, annoying in the middle of the night, the staff did warn us about this, when we checked in. Staff wete excellent and the place was very clean.

clean place with AC, good location, very good for the price just note that you can find similar maybe even better places to stay in madrid when you are just walking around. found out about this after i made my reservation.

We booked a twin room with a shared bathroom. They offered us a private bathroom for additional 10 euros/night. We didn't want it so they gave us that room without extra payment, but we had to come to the reception the other morning to see if our room is available. This was all very uncomfortable. Fortunately, the girl at the reception next day was great and gave us the room we got the day before for our whole visit. The other guy at the reception was unpleasant and the kitchen is too small!

The hostel is located in the city centre, everything is within reach. Staff is friendly. Rooms are normal and very clean. The kitchen is quite small, but it is really nice to meet all those people while cooking together. The hostel organizes activities like pub crawls and flamenco nights for people who want to. Good hostel, I would definetely go back there.

I checked in late night and thought that stuff was very rude. The room was dirty and each bed differentiated one from another for the same price you pay. Also, the management tried to make money off everything - luggage storage, use of electrical converter and even towels (which aren\'t provided, but have to be purchased for 5 GBP). I\'ve never seen such an unwelcome hospitality operation.

Staff were unhelpful and did not take the initiative to help us with our luggage, even though we were obviously struggling with it.

It's very central~convenient traffic, beautiful plaza not far away~

Bed bugs, the bathroom was a little dirty but pretty good. Just the cleanliness of the place, really good location though close to all the main sites.

i love the staff there :D really funny ppl. and the location is just perfect. they offered us rooms with higher standard than booked previously, but for the same price, just because they weren´t occupied :) go to the freetour of the city

I stayed at the hostel for only two nights but I saw on the walls some posters proposing different activities (pub crawling for example). The staff is very helpful and nice, the room was clean and had a private bathroom, they changed towels and linen every day, and the room was really clean (no dust on the floor or on the furniture). There was a huge, new tv on the wall, which was just perfect before bed-time. The hostel is close to the city centre but in a quiet area so it is possible to sleep!

i thoughti had a pleasant stay. i only stayed for a night so i didnt have the chance the experience it to the fullest. staff seemed friendly.

The rooms were really clean and well decorated. It is a nice place to stay.

The hostel was in a good location, within walking distance to good restaurants and the metro. The room was clean and comfortable, the only problem was the shower sometimes flooded into the rest of the bathroom. Overall though it was good value for money.

This hostel rocked! They upgraded our room for free. Loved this hostel!!

Great hostel, with lots of activities to do! I would recommend this hostel withno doubt!

I really loved this hostel, for a reasonable price we stayed in a very nice, tidy, clean, good smeely room. It was also very safe. I would surely stay there again if in Madrid.
