OK Hostel Madrid is located in the bohemian Barrio La Latina, in the heart of Madrid's historic center and just a few steps from the metro line and main tourist attractions such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the world-famous Museum Triangle.
Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Every day we organize social events such as walking tours, social dinners, bar crawls that you will love. Come and discover our excellent location and facilities, with a fantastic service provided by an internationally award-winning team.
PAYMENT POLICIES AND CONDITIONS:
— The credit or debit card used must be valid and the cardholder must be the same person who made the reservation. Otherwise, the Hostel will request a written authorization from the cardholder.
For Non-refundable reservations:
- Non-refundable reservations are prepaid by debit or credit card
- The hostel charges the full amount of the reservation within 24 hours of booking.
- If the reservation is canceled there will be no refund
For Standard reservations:
- Payment on arrival for standard reservations in cash , credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival date fully refunded.
SCHEDULES:
— Check-in after 3:00 p.m.
— Check-out before 12:00.
— Breakfast - 8:00 a.m. / 10:30 a.m.
— Dinner: - 9:00 p.m. / 10:30 p.m.
— Bar crawl - 11:00 p.m.
HOSTEL RULES:
— Only guests can access the Hostel facilities.
— Smoking or drinking is not allowed inside the rooms.
— It is not allowed to make noise after 22:00 inside the rooms or in the corridors.
— Respect the number of guests per room (only 4 or 6 per room, depending on the typology).
— Do not damage the Hostel's equipment.
— Respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors.
— The consumption of breakfast products is exclusively during breakfast hours and inside the hostel.
*In case of misconduct, disregard for rules or material damage to equipment, we will charge an extra “rude guest” fee to pay for the damage caused.

For groups, we'll always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind that's not always possible!
