Duen, the manageress is efficient, helpful, a great cook and all round adorable. I stayed here for two weeks and loved every moment of it. The guest house is situated in a quaint lane within a minutes walk to the moat and main street and 10 minutes walk to the Night Bazaar.

there is essentially nothing really wrong with this hotel.. BUT... -IT is very loud at night from a disco round the corner to about 1:30 at night. -The room was not dirty, but also not really clean. -The hotelowner givs you more the feeling of beeing a cashcow and wanting to send you on a trip than welcoming you. -There is no save, neither in the room nor at the recepetion, and the Hostelwoman did offer to take our things, and only when asking said she would charge for this service.

The lady who received me was very warm and I thought she was the best asset of the guesthouse. Facilities were average but who has the right to complain if one has paid for just a little over 300 baht per room per night.

It is very basic. The bed is like a woodenfloor and the pillow smells bad....the bathroom too. Its cheap and ok for one night. But there is no comfort at all. And it's very noisy.

booked for 3 nights ..... should be more rolls of toilet paper for longer bookings. Breakfast should have more muesli in it as it was muesli with fruit , not fruit with muesli. ... all else was fine.

It was a good place to sleep but not for much else. Nice enough.

The woman who runs the hostel was amazing! She helped us book all of our tours for a great price and gave us tips on things to do in Chiang Mai. The food in the restaurant was also convenient and well priced. The room did have some ants, but I think that's to be expected in Thailand so it wasn't a huge bother. I would come back again, we really enjoyed our stay..

Anonymous building. Rooms have concrete floor. Third floor is hot as hell during day and night. We would look for other alternatives in Chiang Mai rather than coming back here.

Strong Points: 1. Great lobby and restaurant 2. Nice place to hang around and talk Constructive points: 1. Small room but a few things like shelves in wardrobe, a doormat, a mosquito repellant 2. The fans are not of standard height and its difficult to set them properly 3. There is no difference between the rooms but prices vary?
