The Mountain House in Pokhara is a good place to stay because there are very big rooms with very comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. It's very convinient located in a quite area just a 2 minutes walk to the main road where you can find lots of restaurants and shops. I can recommend to stay there because it's also safe and the brakfast was also very good there. If I return to Pokhara I would probably stay there again because I had a good time there and the owners gave me useful advises!

Incredible staff who are so willing to help you with any and everything you might have a question on! Location was not too far off from the lake area and not too far from the bus station where most of those visiting Pokhara will go through to start their treks. The deluxe rooms are very nice but the views directly from the room are simply of other hotels and our view was looking directly to the roof area of another hotel where workers were constantly at. Basic room is awful though so avoid.

This was the best place I stayed during my whole Nepal trip. The rooms are clean, comfy and the owner is more than helpful if you want to arrange trekking, tickets etc. I recommend this place to everyone who comes to Pokhara!

Enjoyed my 3 nights stay though there were frequent power breakdowns so bring along a torch light to avoid any inconvenience during your stays. Location is great and within walking distance to main street and the Lake side.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our extra luggage there while we went trekking and were overall concerned with satisfaction in general.

A lovely guesthouse, run by a very nice family, just a bit off the main road at lakeside, so no streetnoise at night. The room was spacious and very clean, with a nice bathroom and a balcony from which we could see the mountains in the morning. Absolutely recommended!

Our stay was wonderful. While the rooms were very clean and comfortable, it was the friendliness of the manager and his family that really made the stay enjoyable. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable, including finding us other accommodation when we wanted to extend our stay and they were already booked. I highly recommend the Mountain House.
