Great location nice and clean hostel..

Always a great stay with Times Hostel. As a heads up, in a 6 bed dorm (ensuite) they only had 4 security cages under bed. Try to share with a friend if you are staying with them. Otherwise, great location near Trinity and Temple Bar.

The location is really central. The staff were helpful, although it's hard to identify who is actually working there. The desk is supposed to be open 24 hours but they close periodically and it can be frustrating when you want to check in or out and you don't know when they'll be back. The wifi doesn't work well at all, not even in the lobby. And the lobby is also very small, hardly any room to sit. Rooms are big though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and very close to the Main Street and transport options. Very considerate other travellers.

The staff was great, gave out lots of travel and tour info, very helpful. Rooms were clean - bonus that all had their own bathrooms. Great location - near everything!

nice place, just beside Trinity college. The wifi connection isn't so reliable, others are all quite good.

I loved staying at The Times Hostel. The staff is very helpful and ridiculously nice. The location is perfect, in front of Trinity College. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe at the area. There were lockers in the room, and breakfast available for 3 Euros. Also, free ice cream! Every bed has its plug. The room was really big, the common area too. It was great.

We spent almost no time actually in the hostel in Dublin, but what time we did spend was quite enjoyable. The staff was quite hospitable and helpful, the security was top-notch, and the rooms were quiet. I'd definitely recommend this hostel.

Plugs not working, tiny sink which floods the bathroom, wardroab without shelves, squeeky uncomfortable bed, sulfury smelling water (only from sink tap, not shower), no wifi repeater for upper floors thus basically no wifi

Comfortable beds, good vibe, really wonderful staff. Loads of outlets in the rooms and reliable wifi which is always a plus. Could be cleaner.

Staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Kitchen was big and well supplied and had fun activities. Location was awesome. Only complaint was the beds were not very comfortable

The hostel is in a good location and safe area. I felt comfortable getting back at night alone. You're close enough to Temple Bar but not in the middle of it so noise isn't much of an issue. Everything seemed pretty clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. They have cool free events each night, like free wine one night. I didn't have any issues with Wifi. I'd definitely stay again.

Had a great time the first time through that we came back a week and a half later to stay at the same place.

This is a great hostel, but mostly if you don't really care about meeting people. The setup doesn't encourage you to pop into the common areas or anything. However, the rooms are really clean and upgraded. Plugs everywhere. The bathrooms are great. The staff is also really friendly, and they have free dinner on Wednesday. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted a few quiet nights in Dublin.

This was a great place for being near the heart of Dublin and getting a good night sleep. The atmosphere wasn't too lively when I was there, which was too bad.
