My group arrived at the hostel around 12 AM and there was someone at reception 24/7 which was nice. The security was fine, but it was freezing inside the rooms. I could barely sleep because the rooms were so cold. We went down to ask the front desk for more blankets and he said there weren't any available. Wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Dublin for more than 1 night.

Great Hostel. Central location, helpful staff, events in the evening, and even an acoustic guitar to strum away on. Excellent.

We are a couple that have been in other hostels before. We were in a 3th floor without lift (we are kind old) and the stairs were old and small. The heater didn´t work in our room and when we said that they were telling us that we don´t know how to use it, but never help us to do it in an other way. They charge us a 3%more beacuse of pay with card, something that we haven´t seen before. Anyway, the staff was nice.

The Hostel was in a prime location, within walking distance to the centre of Dublin and all of the amenities there. The staff were all lovely, with a 24 hour reception which is helpful. The room was basic, but comfortable, with an amazingly powerful and warm shower, the shower was perfect! The only negative was how cold the room was; it was freezing, especially at night time. Other than that, a great little Hostel in a fabulous location.

Easy to reach and located at a very quiet part of the town at the same time. Staff members are very friendly and helpful! Especially Sky and Portuguese staff member that helped me out finding my phone that I dropped near the hostel. Thanks a million! Rooms were ok, but could be way better with a bit of a touch and decoration maybe. Reading lights and a few shelves wouldn't hurt either.

Nice hostel. Directly in the city centre. Nice and very supportive staff. Could be a bit cleaner but the rest was great. Will come back.

It is a very good hostel, perfect location for a person like me, who needs to get a bus to go to UCD. It is just next door to the bus stops, also to temple bar. The beds are OK, the only problem I had was with the heating, it took like a day to fix but everything was right later then. I recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to stay in Dublin.

It would be nice if the rooms were provided with lock boxes for each person to lock up important/valuable items. Other than that the hostel was pretty nice. Fitted sheets would have been nice as the sheets that were on the bed constantly came untucked which left me sleeping on the mattress.

Great staff! Just a little dirty. Could definitely use some new carpet in the hallways. Smells a little.
