This is a very good hostel in the centre of the red light disctrict. The Irish Pub downstairs is good and it is secure and reasonably clean. The only downside is no free breakfast (25% discount on full Irish breakfast at the pub thoguh) and a little noisy due to the location. But it is worth staying if you want to enjoy yourself for a couple of days!

Location is perfect, right in the centre of it all! This can either be a positive or negative when trying to sleep as there is always a 24hr party in the street. The staff were awesome and helpful!

If you\'re looking for a cheap place to stay & don\'t care much about cleanliness, this place is all right. the sheets were clean but stained & showers weren\'t the best. No breakfast/kitchen. one computer: internet costs 1 euro/hr. there\'s a bar below the hostel that gives good discounts. it\'s in the red light dist. & there are shady characters around at night. you have to nearly go outside to get to the reception area. steep curvy stairs. not a good place for a lone traveler. no common room

Staff werent really that helpful. The location is good, right in the middle of the red light district, but it can get really noisy. not too clean, or safe. i saw a man who looked like a drunk homeless guy going into one of the rooms.

It's certainly a hostel and it's certainly in Amstedam. No complaints after considering the price. Some lockers a little small.

Fantastic location, but there are bells that ring at 15 minute intervals will drive you insane for the first few nights. Then you get used to it...
