Reception staff were great but cleaning staff didn't securely shut my door one morning. The room had a lot of charm and a great view, and was very clean. Unfortunately nearby guests ignored the smoking policy so my room had a smell of hash which only died away when those guests were long gone...not what I came to Amsterdam for! overall the place was very nice and the location was fantastic, and the current roadworks with the tram line (which is completely dug up) wasn't an issue.

Buena ubicaciòn pero cuartos chicos y carisimos.. encima te cobran 5% mas de impuestos "city tax" y un 3% mas por pagar con la tarjeta... o sea... a lo quue hostelworld te digas que tenes que pagar, le tenes que agregar un 8%
