This could be the gem of the hostel except for the personnel. They don't care abot yo, make you wait fir check in while the are checking their email. It's such a shame because the place got a lot of qualities.

Great hostel and good value for money. One thing to keep in mind is that a lot of people staying there are in Madrid to party. So it can be quite noisy during the night.

Staff were great and the location was fantastic (right next to 2 different metro lines and a lovely shopping/gallery/cafe area) However, you have to bring your own padlock for the lockers (or buy one for 3euros or rent one for 1euro) and the free breakfast only includes 2 pieces of bread and juice or milk (anything else is extra charge - only a couple of euros but still..) Other people staying can be loud and you can hear a lot through the walls! so bring earplugs! Overall, it's good though!

This is a solid hostel. Extremely nice for a hostel and all the showers, bathrooms, hang out areas on each floor, are all super modern and new looking. The character was great but it is a little trickier to meet random people in this hostel because it is sooo big and spread out that people have a funny way of separating into groups. They DO plan cool evening outings though and a lot of people can go out and meet that way ... I just found it a little tough to meet people during the day.

I came with friends and we met some awesome people. They coordinate outings such as free tours (BUT YOU BETTER TIP THE HILARIOUS GUIDE, ERICA) trips to tapas bars, pub crawls (cross your fingers that Viviana leads it), etc. We were all blown away by the quality of the facilities and service. Thanks again!

Great common room and kitchen. The bathroom set up was great too. There was a desktop computer on each floor and swings. I really liked the feel of it!

The hostel was very good, metro was very near, centrum of Madrid was also very near. I was very satisfied, only one thing I miss one table or one chair in my room, the noise from street was alse too much but staff was very kind.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is clean and well taken care of. The staff are friendly and have great suggestions. There are lots of group activities if you chose to partake. The location is great - you are able to walk to almost everything and they are close to a metro stop if you want to take the subway. Would absolutely stay here again.

Most beautiful, clean, sleek hostel I´ve ever been to. The entire place looks like an Ikea ad and is beautifully designed. Met some cool people here, and they organize lots of pub crawls, drinking games, tapas nights, tours etc. which is great. Locations is fantastic, right by three different metro stops and in a very cool area. The only thing is that sometimes the staff were a bit rude and not friendly and didn´t know the answers to basic Madrid questions. Other than that, fantastic stay!!

Great value for money, seems newly refurbished, mattresses on the hard side but overall comfy beds, spacious rooms, great shower and toilet facilities, clean. Can't say that I found the staff very friendly though, particularly the Spanish staff was rather short.

U hostels had great facilities, and often organized nighttime activities to participate in with other hostel goers. However, the staff could be a bit nicer. Other that that, great experience.
