This is my favourite place so far in India. The room was great, clean and had everything I needed. It's walking distance all of the places of interest. Plenty of food stands around so you won't be starving! Hostel has great rooftop terrace, so you can grab a cold drink after the warm day and relax with lake view. Vicky is the best host I have had. He can help you with every problem and really takes care about guests.

This is a great hostel in a good location. It is a short walk to the main shops in Udaipur. Vicky the manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He made our stay so much better. Udaipur is a lovely place to visit. The bats over the lake in the evening are an amazing sight. I would recommend staying here.

Had a great stay!

After such a long time of travelling India, this is our favourite place we've stayed. Our room with the shared bathroom, was so cute and the bathroom up the stairs was really clean. Really good area, close to cafes and palace but also had cheap food served there. Such a good vibe and atmosphere with the other travellers, and to be honest it's worth a visit just to talk to Vicki.

Vicki is a great host and added to the atmosphere of this great guesthouse in perfect location

Enviable location near to Daiji footbridge, making it a good base to explore both sides of the lake. Rooms are nice and shower is hot. Staff are personable...trouble is they're very hard to get hold of. There's no reception desk to speak of, and they're not always around when you go looking for them. Still, it's a good enough place to stay.

Great location, near the lake Pichola. WiFi didn't work in our room. Bathroom really small and noisy area.

The most important in this place is Vicky! He do all for everything to go well, he's smart, sensible, helpful, kind... he's the best part of our stay. All is clean, the rooms, the bathroom... The breakfast is very good, and the view on the rooftop nice. Just the wifi don't work very well. Thank you for all :)

Location is within walking distance to everything (like all other accommodation). Staff (Vicky) was great. He is very friendly and speaks great English. You can buy breakfast, which is basic, but extremely affordable. Would stay again.

This is the place. Great rooftop. pleasant people, clean rooms. Udaipur has such a small town feel to it--at least compared to the rest of Rajasthan--that having a homely place like this to stay at is crucial.

Vicky is an awesome host, very open and friendly. Got the feeling that the staff really cared about making a good stay for all the guests. A funky shower + some minor odds and ends as to be expected at a budget place, but I would definitely come back here for my next visit.

Best hostel we stayed in INDIA! the three person room is very comfortable.24 hours hot water ! 7 mins walk to the city place .nothing to complain !

Vicky was incredible he helped us organize all our activities and made our stay better than anywhere else in India so far. Definitely recommend staying here Bathrooms are clean and beds are super comfortable plus the rooftop view area is pretty cool.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is very good as well. Also good atmosphere to meet other backpackers.. The facilities are good, but could do better mattresses and bedsheets. Would definitely come back! Vicky will always try to help you.

We had a lovely stay here! The family who owns it were all very warm and friendly, especially the guest manager Vicky, who provided us with 5-star concierge style service! Clean, great location, nice breakfasts, good price, no complaints at all.

Very friendly hostel, spacious rooms, good wifi, hot water, central location.

The best and most welcoming staff. Vicki (hope I spelled that right), is one of the finest gents you'll meet in India. The location is perfect - close to everything that you need to see, a yoga studio, great restaurants and everything else. There is a fun rooftop area to meet other travellers with great wifi. Overall, really impressed.

The double bed room is pretty good but the single room without bath room is a little bit shabby. Breakfast is good.

Great place, good food, just needs to be around a bit more often and check people in easier. Had to use our own lock on door and asked 4/5 times for our passports back before we got them. Laundry was cheap and done that day which was awesome. Wifi a bit spotty.

Really enjoyed my stay, they were kind and helpful.
