Beautiful room, beautiful view, best staff! Sweetest woman EVER runs this place. Wish we had stayed more than one night! Great view. Easy bus ride to main attractions.

Very friendly stuff. Location is quite challenging but value for money is great.

Unfortunately the location of the place was not good - there were too many stairs and steep areas to climb. Otherwise the place was satisfactory.

Great place to stay with a few minor negatives. Mosquitoes seemed to be everywhere, no kettle, poor location and no air conditioning. The bed was however comfortable and it was in close proximity to a shop and bus stop

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Alliya. Jasmina was very helpful and made us feel at home. The room was lovely and clean and we had a nice balcony and use of a fridge and kettle outside of our room. The view of Dubrovnik is so beautiful from the house and it is a very easy 5 mins to walk to the bus stop that goes to the port and old town. Was so nice to be out of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything!

Very nice accommodation on the hill of Dubrovnik, the view is pretty amazing among the city and the port. But difficult to find and better take the bus to get up there, walking there from the center is a real trek itself. Lady very nice and very obliging, the room was nice and clean, without AC. I recommend however.

They are very friendly. It's a bit hard to find, they have nice kitchen but not so functional like most of the hostel. Toilet are clean.

We had a nice stay at Villa Alliya. It is quite a distance from Old Town but with the excellent bus network and directions from the owner, it can be easily reached and we didn't find it such an issue. The kitchen facilities are quite rudimentary with just one cooking plate for 3 rooms, no oven, no microwave, no sink... so could be improved. We were also unfortunate with see-through curtains that didn't shield any daylight, waking us up at 5AM

Great for if you want to get early morning ferry or bus from Dubrovnik main station as it is a short walk! It is in a residential area and quite complicated to find the first time so the owner will give you detailed instructions and is easy to contact by phone- she was lovely! Bus goes straight from the apartment to old town! Room was great!

In the month we spent traveling Europe this was the best place we stayed. It is a little far from the old town but the bus is easy, and the value for the money is the best we found in all of Europe. Also the view is one of the most amazing views we saw in all of Croatia (make sure you see it at sunset). Sanija also gave us amazing suggestions and was always super friendly. Thank you Sanija for making our stay in Dubrovnik so magical, we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

The accomadation was excellent and we loved our stay. The location was a slight issue as it was a distance away from the old town and involved a lot of steps to get up and down. This was solved by getting a bus to and from the old town which took around 30 minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

This B&B is clean, has a beautiful view of the new port of Dubrovnik and the manager/owner is very welcoming... but the location is a big disadvantage, not only the hostel is pretty far from the old town and nightlife (~45 min walking); it is located uphill with so many stairs that made a bit dificult to reach it. The bus to go there from the bus station or the old town will cost you 15 kunas (~2 euros) one-way, so have in mind that you will end up paying at least 4 euros/day in the bus

Yasimina was as wonderful and attentive host. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city since it sits high in the hills. The housing isn't located in Old Town but for me it was more important to stay someplace with better accommodations for less money. I had a room and bathroom to myself for 1/3 of what I would have paid to sleep in a dorm like hostel. You'll take a bus to Old Town, it was about 15-20 mins. each way when I did so the location isn't a big deal.

The woman who received us was very kind and gentle. The room was Nice, The kitchen and The bathroom really good. However, it is located in a place that is not easy to be reach, too much stairs. The bus just pass. from hour to hour, which is not really good, although it is just 15 min to old town, have to be waiting 1 h for The bus is not actually Nice. The ONly advantage of The location ia The view, because it is incredible.
