Fantastic! Rooms were lovely and big with a nice balcony. Great location but difficult to find at first as directions aren't great. Nice to have a bit of luxury! Food was good but the wifi only works in the restaurant. The man who is in charge is lovely, so helpful and always stops to say hello. Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing hostel. The place itself was beautiful, the food was great and decently priced. Great location and even better staff. Wayan couldn't do enough for you and always greeted you with a smile and a cheery hello. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.

Had a great stay here, location couldn't be better, facilities were great with an amazing swimming pool. Staff were super helpful and really nice. Would highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

Not only was our host awesome but the room was clean, spacious and cool with a ceiling fan. We had a nice big balcony to relax on and a pool to refresh in after the hot days of Ubud. Breakfast included with free wifi although it doesn't work in the room. The only downfall we could find: would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Wahyu Bungalow!

Very nice place to stay!! Wayan is an absolute credit to this team... He is very friendly and helpful from the minute you arrive... It's not a good choice of place to stay if you are travelling alone and looking too meet people but is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Also the breakfast is yummy. Also Wayan will give very good advice and help get good deals on trips. It is also a decent location.

Ok hostel. The room was not very clean and the WiFi didn't work in the room. Lovely staff though and a great free breakfast!

The rooms need to be cleaned. It doesn't seem like they've ever been cleaned. We booked a double room but found it was a twin when we arrived. The owner had no idea a room was even booked. They are also in very poor condition, in two months of travelling this was the only place we needed to use our mosquito net. The rooms windows and sliding door had gaps and was letting in a lot of mosquitoes. The shower was pretty terrible too with little water coming out. Overall the worst place we stayed in.

We loved our stay at Wahyu Bungalows!!! The best part of our stay there was our fantastic host, Wayan. He made us feel incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. Throughout our stay, he gave us helpful tips on where to go, both inside Ubud and around the rest of Bali. He also helped us plan our excursions by getting us a driver, setting up our hike to Mt. Batur, and arranging transportation for the next step of our journey. Even better, he helped us get discounts--Wayan is the best!!!

Loved it here, so glad we stayed. Wayan was the perfect host and made sure our stay was excellent. He sorted out lots of tours and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt right at home here! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Would stay again if we come back to Bali :-D

Chilled atmosphere. Choose the room with the balcony if you can as it has more light than the rooms on the bottom floor. Wayan, the owner, was very friendly however you will be expected to sort out transport / activities through him.

Nice Location with lots of plants and a pool, terrace with great view. Sadly, the room was not clean at all and the sheets & towels smelled badly. The girls from the restaurant could hardly speak any english and were not very helpful. The owner and his friend gave us some information but were also a bit unfriendly at times. We were told repetedly to check out at 11 am. When we left on time, the owner was already standing in front of our door to clean (?! ) the room. We would not go back there.

Very friendly and helpful manager. Booked a bicycle tour and transport to Gili Islands with him and he was very helpful with both and offered very good prices. Room was nice and clean while the bathroom not quite up to the same standard ad the rest of the facilities. Value for money only average therefore, but still ok for a night or two

Wahyu is a nice little relaxing place hidden away from the busy road. It's very close to all the attractions, it's a bit hard to find but when you do it's very pretty, with a decent pool and pretty Balinese architecture. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wayan stood out as being so helpful and friendly, he organised our activities for us and was outgoing and always ready to help! There were new rooms being built next to ours but the noise didn't have much impact on our stay.

Very good hostel. Can be a little difficult to find, but once there, it is very conveniently located in the centre of Ubud. You get what you pay for, but my room was clean and spacious, and the pool was perfectly nice. The owner Wayan is great, and really helped me out with a few recommendations. It's not high end luxury, but then you aren't paying that sort of price. Very satisfied with everything about this homestay.
