The YMCAs of Greater New York offer single and double rooms with an upper and lower berth. Each room includes colour TV and air conditioning. There are shared bathroom facilities for both men and women conveniently located on each corridor.
Our facilities include a restaurant, free Wi-Fi in the lobby and computer kiosks.
We provide a housekeeping service as well as free use of our state-of-the-art equipment/gym facilities, including swimming pools, cardiovascular equipment, an indoor track and more.

My concern is not with the hostel, but with hostelworld. You booked me on the wrong date, and failed to respond to my email request that it be changed. Additionally, it is very difficult to contact your office because I live in the United States and we are behind GMT - so there needs to be a more efficient way of contact. Fortunately, the Y accommodated the mix up in dates, and because I get the room I want for 20% less, I will book through Hostelworld again.
