Our room had COCKROACHES and nothing was done when we informed reception :( hostel is safe, you can't pass reception until you have showed your room key. On some floors there is a female only bathroom and female guests are given a code to access it - the showers are curtained, not cubicles - when I went to shower, a woman had brought her teenage son to shower there. The code access is a great idea, but is not enforced which is bad when the privacy in the bathroom is lacking.

Instead of paying $755 for 8 nights I had to pay $945.I asked the staff to explain me the price and nobody did. All the staff at the registration desk just didn't want to answer any of my questions about the price.

Staff were always friendly and helpful and the location is nice. Bad points are The Internet is very expensive and the cafe is closed more than its open and not only on the Hurricane day. Its also the only hostel I have ever stayed that charge you to store your bag after you have checked out.

We were not able to use the wifi since too many people were already connected. Bathrooms did not seemed to be cleaned daily; they were extremely dirty and same mess was there over the 3 days we stayed. The first night we came back after sightseeing, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The second night there was a much friendlier man. Room was clean and was cleaned daily with fresh towels given.

It's great that you can swim in the pool, workout in the gym, play basketball and do whatever you want. The living arrangement was decent but there were a lot of noises such as the door slamming, people above and below, along with people talking in the hall.The biggest trouble was the wi-fi internet because it would turn off and on all the time.

My only problem was with the showers. Not only was there no changing area, but the shower curtain wasn't big enough to cover the opening. Therefore, absolutely no privacy.

It was a good place to crash for the night. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I was hardly there to even care. We weren't sure if our room was going to be cleaned daily, but it was. We left money on the rooms desk and not a cent was missing. It's good to know they have a trustworthy staff there.

The hostel is cheap and the location is good. The bathrooms are horrible and the rooms are very poor (with broken air conditioner, tv and walls...).

Bathrooms were disgusting!

I like the hostal, but I think you need to improve your bathrooms.
