Joi's House

Joi's house is HOME AWAY FROM HOME... a Typical quiet Maltese Terraced house in the outskirts of St Julians Balluta Bay and seafront, it is in a quiet neighborhood run by locals who are ready to give tips and suggestions to guests. This is a shared house, well connected with a bus stop 2 minutes away from the house and a number of restaurants, take-aways and shops close to the house. It has a little backyard for morning coffees and alfresco dining.

We offer accommodation in a private home shared with our family and other guests—ideal for language students or cultural exchange visitors. Located centrally near Balluta Bay and the St Julian’s/Sliema seafront, with free street parking. Close to English schools like EEC-ITIS, NSTS, Chiswick House, the University of Malta, and Malta Hospital (for student placements).

This is an adult house only- no babies infants and kids under 15 years are allowed.

At the house you will find a shared equipped kitchen and a backyard. It has all the facilities one needs when on holiday, rooms are equipped with TV NETFLIX, a desk and fans (guest can upgrade to an AC (Eur 8 per night). The house has comfortable bathrooms and updated facilities, most of the rooms have orthopedic and comfortable bedding and free WIFI. Linen and towels are provided.

For hotter days we provide fans, but should you wish to upgrade to an AC you can for EUR8 per night. The same rate of the AC is to be applied for heating in winter days too.

Note that: We do not have a 24/7 reception please inform us by email when you book your time of check in and of applicable flight number. We like to give flexibility to guests so if you will have a late check in we will send you instructions to use the key lockbox via Whatsapp with videos for a smooth check in.

Taxes not included - eco city tax 0.50 EUR per person per night.
