Very central only 10 minutes walk to The Old Havana, Capitol Building, American Cars Tours, The Malecon, Cigar Factory, The Floridita Bar, Nights clubs and Restaurants.

Owner was so friendly and happy to help. She woke at 5am to say goodbye when a taxi arrived to pick us up. Centro is a slightly rougher area if you walk back at night but the Casa is perfectly safe. Would recommend staying.

Hostel in a great location, only a 2 minute walk from The capitol and the main tourist areas. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. If you are considering travel to Havana make sure you have cash already, I had nightmares at the bank and ATMs, the situation in cuba right now is difficult. Most places accept only cash in CUP, USD, EURO. Could only find food/ shops in the main tourist area. Also WiFi is scarce and 4g doesn’t work.

I was very pleased with the Hostel, mostly because the prorioter was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the downtown. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The price for one week was less than a 1 night stay at a nearby hotel.
