Pachamac House

At Pachamac House we offer lodging in private rooms in a shared space. I am Elias a professional photographer from the city of Guayaquil and I receive guests from all over the world since December 2021. There are guests who stay for more than a month, others only for one night to take their flight to Galapagos, and if this is your this case, remember that you can leave your luggage at Pachamac House for as long as you want and it does not have a fixed price because you set the price.

We are located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in front of the Salado boardwalk. There is a river where you can take a boat for $3.50 and navigate for 25 minutes getting to know the sector in a different way; very close is a park with children's games and going down 2 blocks is one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in the country, and it is the 'Fuente del Malecon del Salado' which at the same rhythm of classical music overflows the water and emanates different colors, thus creating an entire night show totally free.

The accommodation is perfect for young people looking to share moments, advice or experiences with other travelers. In total we have 4 rooms that share the areas such as: 2 Bathrooms, one of them is quite large, both have a toilet and a shower
The kitchen is equipped with the utensils you will need when cooking and remember that sugar, salt and condiments are free. In the living room we have the dining table, the fridge and a desk to do some work Remember that Coffee, Tea, Drinking Water, Sugar, Salt and Condiments are free.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are 100% non-refundable.
We charge the full amount as soon as the reservation is confirmed.

We might contact you to ask for the CVV code of your card.
If you prefer not to share it, you’ll need to pay in full via PayPal (extra fee applies) or ask us for our bank details to send a transfer.
If paying by bank transfer, make sure the payment arrives at least 48 hours before check-in.
⚠️ PayPal payments made Monday to Friday (morning to afternoon, Ecuador time) usually show up in our bank within around 6 hours.

Important:
We don’t accept cash payments.
All bookings must be prepaid via transfer or PayPal.
If we don’t receive the payment before your arrival, your reservation won’t be valid, even if you show up.
It’s your responsibility to read this info carefully and make sure you complete the payment ahead of time.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Luggage drop-off: Available for an extra $1 per guest.
