Ekomo Home 102 - Central Saigon

Ekomo Home is a chill homestay in a 4-story building with a rooftop tucked away in a local alley in the heart of Saigon. Each private room has a queen bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix, A/C, full kitchen and dining area with kitchen utensils, and a bathroom with necessary toiletries. There is an elevator to get you up the floors conveniently.

Ekomo Home was born out of the host's passion for bringing high-quality room & board and accommodating guests with the local experience support in Saigon, aka Ho Chi Minh City, our host's hometown and stomping ground. Our team always strive to provide a welcoming and personable customer service experience to all our guests who travel to see Saigon's uniqueness and energetic vibe. We also offer additional services for your stay with charges, including laundry, airport transfer, and many different kinds of tours with our trusted partners with exclusive discounts for our guests (15% off first tour, 10% off second tour).

Property Policies:
1. Check-in time: from 14:00pm onwards
- Early check in is subject to availability, and before 10:00am requires an additional charge.
- If you arrive after 19:00pm, please inform us ahead of time so we can arrange someone to help you check in.
- All guests must present valid government IDs / passports at check in.
2. Check-out time: until 12:00pm noon
- Turn off all electrical devices (TV, A/C, kettle, stove) before leaving the room.
- Return keys to reception desk. Loss or failure to return room's keys results in VND200,000 penalty fee.
- Late check-out after 12:00pm noon is subject to availability and requires additional charges.
3. Reception working hours: between 09:00am and 19:00pm daily.
- If you arrive after 19:00pm, please inform us ahead of time so we can arrange someone to help you check in.
4. Cancellation policy: 2 days advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
5. Payment: Cash or Credit Card upon checking in.
- Extra bank surcharge applied when using credit cards:
a) 2.6% fee for foreign card
b) 2% fee for domestic Vietnam card
6. Taxes: included
7. Breakfast: not included
8. Quiet hours: 23:00pm to 7:00am.
- The rooftop terrace is closed after 23:00pm.
9. No smoking in all the rooms, lobby, common area and staircase.
- Designated smoking areas: rooftop terrace, outside the building
- Cigarette smell inside the room will result in a VND1,500,000 fine for cleaning the smell.
10. Child policy and Extra bed:
- Children are not allowed.
- There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
11. Pets are not allowed.
